Jexen's Bold Move

Alan Jexen has been under fire these past few months at Mendoza due to poor performances, loses against lower sides, fans have demanded changes and now we're starting to see them, Jexen has taken a far more cautious approach and plays a possession based style of football that always has an opportunity to attack and roam centrally creating all sorts of problems for their opponents.
In recent weeks we have seen Jexen move from a 4-1-2-1-2 to a wider 4-2-3-1 like other managers, but Jexen plays with higher wingbacks relying on the defensive midfielders and the centre backs to do the defensive work, but his players seem to excel in their roles.
He was exposed against Chelsea in the Champions League in October however when playing Napoli in November everything changed, players felt comfortable on the ball instead of rushing every pass into the final third just for it to be cleared away.
Jexen's number ten Carson who's played week in week out since 2012 has led by example and stepped up for the team when needed showing his leadership and loyalty, and now the number 10 is being overshadowed by rising star Daniel Baron.
He still has a tough challenge ahead of him so lets see how impactful his changes really are.
